We’re excited you want to join us on a Wilderness Birding Adventure! If we receive your reservation by January 15th, we offer a $50 early sign-up discount on major trips (over $2,000). Please review our Cancellation Policy before placing a reservation. We recommend that you check with us by email or telephone before sending your reservation to make sure space is still available on the trip(s) you have selected. To reserve your spot, please print out the form below and mail it along with your $1,000 (per person) deposit to us at:

You may also make your deposit by VISA or Mastercard.  To do this, please call us with your card information. We need your card number, expiration date and the security code from the back of the card.  Please do not email us your credit card number; email is not secure. We also still need the sign-up information requested in the form below, which you may fax to us or provide over the phone.

Once we’ve received your reservation and deposit, we will mail a packet of information to help you plan and prepare for the trip (including: a packing list, logistical details, lodging suggestions in your departure city, an invoice with the balance due and date due, an information form for you to fill out and a liability waiver for you to sign, as well as miscellaneous other documents). Your final payment will be due 90 days before the trip begins
