Those registered for the Pribilofs and/or the first Gambell trip have the option of birding the Anchorage area with a WBA guide for the day between these two trips.

We will bird from the coastal trail and lagoons inland to lakes and creeks, moving up into the boreal forest and on up into the alpine tundra, focusing on participants' priorities for this area. At this time of year, rare birds are often sighted in Anchorage, which will also influence where we go. Price will be determined by the number of people signed up and will be finalized in the spring.
